Advance Tree Works is seeking Arborists - Multiple Positions available to join our team in Hervey Bay, Queensland.

Certified Climbers
n
As an Arborist, you will be responsible for the care and maintenance of trees and other vegetation, ensuring the safety and well-being of the local community.
n
What you'll be doing
n
n
Lead and manage a team of 3-4 individuals ensuring safety and operational excellence
n
Operating specialized equipment and machinery safely and effectively
n
Execute Arboriculture services such as tree pruning, removals and vegetation maintenance with precision and care
n
Adhering to all relevant safety regulations and environmental guidelines
n
Maintain a clean and secure work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Minimum 2 years of practical experience as an Arborist
n
Climbing experience (desirable)
n
Ewp ticket (desirable)
n
Loader/Bobcat/Excavator/Skid
Steer ticket (desirable)
n
Chainsaw ticket (desirable)
n
Proficiency in the use of tree care equipment and machinery
n
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
n
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
n
Commitment to safety and environmental sustainability
n
MR/HR truck licence or willing to obtain one
n
