Security Control Room Officer – Level 5 | Technical & IT Systems

We are seeking an experienced, technically capable Security Control Room Officer for a quick-paced, technology-focused control room. The role combines CCTV monitoring across Asia-Pacific (APAC) locations with extensive use of IT systems, technical ticket management and digital reporting. Strong computer skills and the ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously are essential.

Key responsibilities

Monitor CCTV across APAC locations and conduct virtual patrols.
n
Respond to alarms, assess priorities and elevate issues.
n
Raise, track and follow up CCTV and IT support tickets.
n
Manage APAC calls through Microsoft Teams.
n
Monitor shared inboxes and action incoming requests.
n
Administer access cards and maintain accurate records.
n




Maintain detailed digital logs, reports and shift handovers.
n
Coordinate with security, IT and maintenance teams.
n
About you
n
High proficiency in navigating multiple IT systems and applications.
n
Experience with ticketing systems, Microsoft Teams, shared inboxes and digital reporting.
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
Excellent attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
n
The ability to prioritise competing tasks and remain organised under pressure.
n
Availability to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts.
n
Strong experience in CCTV and control room operations, along with demonstrated confidence using technology.
