We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to step into this role immediately, while waiting for the new permanent incumbent to commence.

The People & Culture Manager will lead the people agenda for a growing and dynamic organisation.

Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, this is a senior chance for a commercially minded HR professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Your responsibilities will include

Leading the People & Culture strategy and broader HR function.
n
Providing trusted advice to the CEO and senior leadership team.
n
Managing employee relations, performance, remuneration and HR compliance.
n
Leading talent acquisition and workforce planning.
n
Driving employee engagement, culture and retention initiatives.
n
n
This is a temporary opportunity with an ASAP start.
