Job Description
We are Raw & Fresh, a fast-growing pet food manufacturer, and we're looking for a reliable and motivated Pick Packer to join our team on night shift. This role suits someone who is fit, switched-on, and thrives in a fast-paced, cold environment.

What You'll Be Doing
n

Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
n
Working in a cold storage / production environment
n
Following food safety, hygiene, and WHS procedures
n
Loading/unloading stock and assisting with dispatch
n
Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Physically fit & reliable – comfortable with lifting and being on your feet
n
Attention to detail – accuracy with labels, orders, and counts
n
Valuable reading and comprehension skills – able to follow written instructions
n
Dynamic & adaptable – can handle a fast-paced work environment
n




Comfortable in cold environments – experience in food or warehouse settings is a plus
n
Team player – works well with others, communicates clearly
n
Health & safety conscious – follows safe practices at all times
n

Requirements

Flexible to work all shift times between Monday to Friday and available for overtime if required
n
Must have full Australian work rights
n
Forklift licence (LF) preferred but not essential
n
Previous warehouse/pick pack experience desirable
n
