ABOUT THE ROLE:
n
n
Driving a customer-focused culture, creating memorable and personalised experiences with every interaction
n
Leading, coaching, and developing your team through ongoing training, feedback, and collaboration
n
Partnering with Brandbank and Myer leadership to build an effective and profitable concession
n




Motivating the team to achieve sales targets, business objectives, and key performance indicators
n
Maintaining exceptional store presentation standards through styling, visual merchandising, and product placement
n
Driving operational excellence through effective roster management, stock management, and back-of-house administration
n
n
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
n
n
Previous experience in a fashion retail leadership role, ideally within a concession or department store environment
n
Experience supervising and developing a small team
n
A supportive and inspiring leader who can motivate a team to achieve success
n
Robust commercial acumen with experience driving sales, managing wage targets, and improving key performance indicators
n
A passion for fashion, styling, and delivering an exceptional customer experience
n
Strong visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail and brand presentation
n
Experience managing stock volumes and inventory processes
n
