Tru-Fit is a Premium Manufacturer of Automotive Flooring products. We are a dynamic, fast growing, 100% Australian owned business. Our continued growth has created an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales / Counter Sales / Administration person to work from our Pakenham, Victoria Office. This is a varied role where you will be dealing directly with customers, assisting with orders and supporting our accounts and operations teams. You will be working in a busy team workplace.

Key responsibilities

Providing friendly and professional customer service face to face, over the phone, via email and online enquiries
n
Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers with their enquiries and converting the enquiries into orders while identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell suitable products
n
Providing product information, pricing and basic technical support
n
Entering and processing customer orders accurately
n
Process and manage customer orders from initial enquiry through to delivery
n
Prepare quotes, order confirmations and sales documentation
n
Following up orders and assisting customers with delivery requirements, lead times and stock availability
n
Proactively contacting previous customers and potential leads
n
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the accounts team
n
Liaising with our warehouse and production teams to ensure orders are processed smoothly and prioritised correctly
n

About you
n
n




Minimum 2 years' experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service, Internal Sales, Counter Sales or a similar role
n
Previous experience in Manufacturing or Automotive counter sales will be an advantage
n
Confident communicating with customers over the phone and by email
n
Organised and capable of managing multiple enquiries and orders in a fast-paced environment
n
Proactive and comfortable following up customers and sales opportunities
n
Accurate with quoting, order entry and administration
n
Comfortable working with XERO or similar business systems
n
Able to work closely with sales, production and logistics teams
n
Interested in understanding customer requirements and helping find the right solution
n
Reliable and comfortable working with spreadsheets and computer systems
n
