What we are looking for
n
We are looking for a customer-centric hospitality legend to help lead our team at Huxtaburger Hawthorn. You'll be highly motivated to make an impact, not afraid to bring great ideas to the table and a true people person whose priority is to ensure every customer is getting the excellent service and food experience we're known for. This position will see you running shifts day-to-day, whilst managing wages and inventory whilst on shift.

Some of the things which would make you a standout candidate:
n
n
Experience in floor/kitchen management, leading a service; executing 100% standards around quality, service and cleanliness.
n
Understand the importance of pre-shifts, peak hours, non-peak hours, and pre-close procedures.
n
Understand how to control costs including labour and cost of goods
n
Confidence in giving team feedback and consistent coaching.
n




Ability to roll out national marketing campaigns.
n
Have a flair for customer service and engagement, more importantly though, being able to coach your team the same high standards.
n
Ability to roll with the punches and apply a can-do approach when faced with problems.
n
Have confidence, character, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
n
