Full time Gaming Supervisor/Duty Manager

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and enthusiastic Gaming Supervisor/Duty Manager to play a key role in leading our operations and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
n
Duties include
n
n
Supervision and co-ordination of all gaming staff, including ongoing training and mentoring
n
Ensuring high customer service standards at all times
n
Ensure all cash room
accounting/recording
procedures are adhered to at all times
n
Ensure all cash room
accounting/recording
procedures are adhered to at all times, as well as all compliance standards
n
Motivate and achieve high standards with your team
n
Be hands on, hardworking and enthusiastic
n
n
To be successful in this role you will
n
n
Must be flexible and available to work a day, night, weekend and public holiday shifts as required, on a rotating roster
n
Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively coach, mentor,



and develop team members through ongoing guidance, training, and support
n
Passionate about delivering exceptional and memorable customer service.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Gaming Supervisor/Duty Manager, or similar role
n
Current Gaming Industry Employee licence
n
Current Responsible Service of Gaming licence (Modules 1 and 2 minimum)
n
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol licence
n
Current DoFoodSafely - VIC certification
n
Experience in Ebet/Vault preferrable but not essential as training will be provided
n
