CommBank is hiring a Customer Banking Specialist in Melbourne to act as the public face of Retail Banking Services. The role covers advisory conversations, account support, and processing credit applications across branches.

You will help customers with Financial Health Checks and demonstrate digital banking options, while upholding our risk management culture. This position requires rostered hours and frequent branch travel.
