With a strong pipeline of projects, we are looking for an experienced Solar Electrician to lead on-site solar installations and drive safe, high-quality outcomes across our commercial portfolio.

This is a hands-on role suited to an electrician who enjoys running jobs, mentoring teams, and delivering projects right the first time.

Key responsibilities include

n

n




Leading commercial solar installations from site start through to commissioning
n
Ensuring all works comply with Australian Standards, Queensland regulations and company processes
n
Coordinating with Project Managers, Engineering and Operations teams
n
Liaising with subcontractors, clients and site stakeholders
n
Ensuring productivity targets and weekly project plans are met
n
Completing QA checks, audits and project documentation
n

About You

n

You are a confident site leader with strong electrical fundamentals and proven commercial solar experience.

Current Electrical Licence (QLD)
n
White Card
n
SAA Accreditation
n
Demonstrated experience in commercial solar installations
n
Strong safety focus and ability to lead by example
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
