The Role
n In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for our patients and the central point of coordination for our clinicians. Your duties include:

Specialist Liaison:



Managing the complex appointment books and workflows for our five Prosthodontists.
n
Patient Concierge: Providing a high-end experience via phone and email for our diverse patient base.
n
Financial Management: Processing HICAPS claims and overseeing account management with precision.
n
Clinical Synergy: Coordinating with clinicians, dental nurses, and administrative staff to ensure the seamless running of the clinic.
n

About You
n You are a proactive professional who understands that in a large specialist clinic, coordination and etiquette are everything.

n

Proven Experience: A solid background in dental administration is essential.
n
Multi-Tasking Expert: Capable of managing multiple clinicians' needs simultaneously while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
n
Communication Style: Polished verbal and written skills with a "can-do" attitude.
n
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office. Experience with EXACT (SOE) is highly regarded.
