We are currently seeking a full-time temporary staff member to joinour IT Infrastructure team based at our offices inSunshine.
n
The role
n
Reporting to the Infrastructure Team Leader, we are seeking a talented ICT Network and Security Engineer whocan bring their expertise and leadership to:
n
n
Implement, manager, and retire the infrastructure (including physical, virtual, networking, and cloud infrastructure) that supports digital services.
n
Provide ICT security advice and response assistance to the organisation.
n
Monitors organisational network performance and makes enhancements to ensure organisational SLAs are met.
n




Proactively identifies and resolves network risks and vulnerabilities in accordance with agreed policies and procedures.
n
Produces outline system designs and specifications, and overall architectures, topologies, configuration databases and design documentation of networks and networking technology within the organisation.
n

To be considered you will have:
n
n
At least 2-3 years' experience as a Network Engineer or suitable equivalent.
n
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related
technology/ICT/Cyber
Security discipline.
n
Suitable
Infrastructure/Network
certifications
n
Suitable Information Security certifications, such as CISA, CISSP, CCSP, CCFP, CISM
n
ITIL Certification
n
Local Government experience is desirable
n
n
