Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experiencedAll Rounder Warranty Caravan Repair Technicianto join our workshop team.

If you have hands-on experience in caravan repairs, trailer servicing, auto electrical work, or mechanical repairs, we would love to hear from you.

The Role
n In this role, you will be responsible fordiagnosing, repairing, and maintaining caravansto ensure they meet Crusader's high standards.
n
You will work across a variety of areas
includingelectrical,
mechanical, fabrication, and general caravan repairs, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoysvariety and hands-on work.

Manufacturing Hours
n
Monday to Friday: 7:00 am–3:57 pm
n
RDO week: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am–3:57 pm, with Friday as the RDO.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Perform12V and 240V electrical work
n
Installawnings and accessories
n




Carry outcaravan warranty repairs and servicing
n
Repair and assembleinternal fittings, cabinetry, and external components
n
Usehand and power toolssafely and effectively
n
Conductwelding and fabrication work
n
Performauto electrical and trailer servicing tasks
n
Ensure repairs meethigh-quality workmanship standards
n
Work efficiently to meetdeadlines and workshop schedules
n
Skills and Experience Required
n
Minimum2 years experience in caravan repairs or a similar role
n
Experience working withcaravans, trailers, RVs, or vehicle servicing
n
Strongmechanical aptitude
n
Experience usinghand and power tools
n
Auto electrical knowledge (12V/240V)highly regarded
n
Welding and fabrication
experienceadvantageous
n
Ability to workindependently and as part of a team
n
Goodcommunication and time management skills
n
Pay rateswill be determined based on experience and qualifications.
n
