This is a sales position at Real Deal Property, where you'll help everyday Australians build wealth through strategic property investment. You'll work with clients looking for a proven plan, expert guidance and access to investment prospects. The role involves building trust, uncovering client needs and confidently asking for the sale in a high-ticket sales setting.

About you

Sales experience is mandatory

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets

Strong objection handling and closing skills

Excellent communication and rapport-building ability

High energy and self-motivation

Qualified presentation

Confidence using CRMs and technology

Genuine desire to continually improve

Ideally have experience in high-ticket sales, finance or mortgage broking, property, automotive, business-to-business sales, recruitment, telecommunications, or other performance-driven sales environments
