Pakenham Mazda is Multi Award winning Mazda Master Dealer. This full-time position is based in our Pakenham South, location. We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support for their Mazda vehicles.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Providing professional and courteous customer service to all Mazda vehicle owners
n
Accurately assessing vehicle repair and maintenance needs, with the ability to communicate these directly to customers
n
Booking and scheduling customer appointments to ensure timely and productive service delivery
n
Liaising with the workshop team to coordinate repairs and ensure customer expectations are met
n
Actively resolving customer queries and concerns in a friendly and empathetic manner
n
Maintaining detailed records of all service interactions and recommendations
n
Promoting Mazda's range of products, services and accessories to customers
n
Contributing to the overall success and growth of the Pakenham Mazda service department
n

What we're looking for
n
n
Minimum 2 years' Service Advisor experience
n




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Friendly, confident and professional manner
n
High attention to detail, strong time management and problem-solving skills
n
Team player with proactive work ethic
n
Competent computer skills including basic Microsoft Office and ability to learn dealership management systems (training provided).
n
Previous experience in automotive (is an advantage)
n
An interest in vehicles and automotive industry (is an advantage)
n
Current valid driver's licence
n
A genuine passion for the Mazda brand and delivering exceptional customer experiences
