Join this established 24/7 fitness business as a Membership Sales Consultant!

You will be responsible for following up leads, making outbound calls, booking appointments, conducting club tours and converting prospects into members, while delivering exceptional customer service to our existing members.
n
You will be following up leads and enquiries by phone and other channels, as well as booking appointments and conducting club tours. This position also involves providing face-to-face and phone customer service, and includes working towards club sales targets and taking ownership of results.

As the ideal candidate, you will:
n
n
be confident starting conversations and making sales calls
n
be proactive, energetic and target-driven
n
be comfortable following up prospects and asking for the sale
n
handle rejection professionally and stay motivated
n




build rapport quickly and provide excellent customer service
n
have an ability to work independently and take initiative
n
have at least 6 months' customer-facing experience
n
haveprevious sales experience (however fitness experience is not essential)
n
have a background in retail, hospitality,
telecommunications,
real estate, automotive, health/wellness or other sales-focused environments
n
n
On offer is:

n
$31–$34/hr + super, depending on experience
n
approximately 30 consistent hours per week
n

Monday–Saturday availability required, including some evenings.

This is a genuine membership sales role, not primarily a pathway into personal training.
