Job Description
This is a full-time role for a Doom Juice Sales Representative, based primarily in Melbourne and regional VIC. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth with On and Off-premise clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with leads and customers, and organizing product tastings and promotional events.

Key responsibilities

Driving sales growth with On and Off-premise clients in their subsequent groups
n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with leads and customers
n
Organizing product tastings and promotional events
n
Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
n
Providing excellent customer service by ensuring deliveries to customers are coordinated smoothly with logistics team
n
Following up on old invoices
n
Keeping current customers engaged with regular check-ins, staff training, incentives and venue support
n

About you
n
n
Substantial experience in beverage sales in Melbourne (3 Years +), which proves customer relationship management and an ability to meet or exceed sales targets
n
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
n
Knowledge or passion for wine,



including an understanding of the wine market and industry trends
n
Time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
n
Experience in hosting events, promotions, or tastings is an advantage
n
A valid driver's license and a car
n

Salary and benefits

$70K Base Salary + Monthly Commission
n
$200 worth of wine to take home per month
n
Petrol up to $250 per month for business purposes
n
$100 per month as a client engagement allowance, to spend at customer and lead venues
n
$60 per day meal allowance for overnight travel
n
$200 per month staff allowance at Doom Juice Cellar Door
n
All approved flights and accommodation paid for
