About the Role:
n
Based in Bendigo, Victoria our High Reach Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of high reach forklifts to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise within a cold food manufacturing warehouse.



This role ensures accurate inventory handling and timely delivery of materials to support production and distribution while maintaining food safety and workplace safety standards.

Your duties include
n
n
Loading and Unloading Trucks
n
Receiving and Dispatching Goods
n
Picking and Packing Orders
n
Work in freezer or chiller areas (temperatures as low as -25°C)
n
Data Entry
n
Some Manual Labour Required (Up to 20kg)
n
Sorting warehouse and controlling stocks of consumables
n
Assisting production and other areas by moving pallets around
n
General housekeeping
n
n
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills/experience.
n
n
Current forklift license with a minimum of 1-year experience in high/double reach forklift
n
Previous experience within a fast-paced environment, ideally within food manufacturing
n
Good Communication Skills (written and verbal)
n
Flexible approach to working hours
n
Be willing to undertake "on the job" training as required
n
Absolute commitment to the highest safety and quality standards in the workplace
n
Ability to perform physical and repetitive work
n
Proven reliable work employment history
