As Receptionist, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for clients and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice. Key responsibilities
Welcoming clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answering and directing telephone calls
Managing appointments and meeting room bookings
Responding to client enquiries and providing general administrative assistance
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
Maintaining client records and ensuring information is handled accurately and confidentially
Supporting the Financial Advisers and broader team with administrative tasks
Assisting with office coordination and general reception duties

Previous experience in reception, administration, financial services, qualified services or a client-facing role will be highly regarded
Experience within Financial Planning is advantageous but not essential
