We are seeking a Senior Workforce Management (WFM) Implementation Consultant with deep Dayforce Workforce Management expertise to lead complex implementations from discovery through go-live and stabilisation. In this client-facing role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, designing scalable workforce solutions, configuring advanced WFM functionality, and guiding organisations through successful deployment.

What You'll Do
n
n
Lead end-to-end complex Dayforce WFM implementations, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
n
Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements and align workforce policies, scheduling practices, and compliance needs
n
Configure and optimise:n

Time Calculation Rules
n
Pay Policies & Entitlements
n
Attendance Management
n
Advanced Scheduling
n
Job Costing & Labor Allocation
n
Time Clocks & Punch Policies
n
Time Entry Imports and Time Import Wizard
n
n
Design solutions that support complex labour compliance requirements, including overtime regulations.
n
Develop and support testing strategies, UAT, issue resolution, and production readiness activities.
n
Partner with Payroll, HR, Benefits, Integrations, and Project Management teams to deliver successful outcomes.
n
Provide client training, knowledge transfer,



and mentorship to junior consultants.

What You Bring
n
n
5+ years of Dayforce Workforce Management implementation experience.
n
Proven success leading complex full lifecycle WFM implementations.
n
Advanced configuration expertise across Dayforce Workforce Management modules.
n
Strong knowledge of labor regulations, workforce compliance, and complex scheduling environments.
n
Experience working with unionised workforces and multi-site organisations.
n
Exceptional consulting, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
n
Ability to manage multiple client engagements while delivering an outstanding client experience.
n
n
Preferred Qualifications
n
n
Dayforce Workforce Management certification(s).
n
Experience implementing solutions for healthcare, manufacturing, utilities, public sector, or other complex workforce environments.
n
Enterprise HCM project leadership or workstream lead experience.
