Job Description

Endeavour Foundation in Innisfail, Qld is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our SIL homes. You will support people with disabilities to live as independently as possible, with duties including daily living assistance, personal care, and community engagement.

We value empathy, reliability and solid interpersonal skills. A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is advantageous, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, nights and weekends is preferred.
