Operations Manager - NDD, Drain Cleaning & IWS

· Take responsibility for the day-to-day operational performance of the NDD business.
n
· Coordinate all field activities to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently and on schedule.
n
· Review the daily and weekly workload and ensure appropriate resources are allocated.
n
· Coordinate NDD trucks, operators, equipment and other resources.
n
· Ensure operators have all relevant job information before attending site.
n
· Monitor job progress throughout the day including site visits to each job and ensuring operators adhering to VAP high standards.
n
· Respond to operational issues, delays, breakdowns and changes in customer requirements.
n
· Make decisions regarding operational priorities and resource allocation.
n
· Maintain effective communication between management, office staff, supervisors, operators and customers.
n
· Ensure operational issues are identified and resolved promptly.
