Job Description

Aligned Leisure seeks a Food & Beverage Captain to lead the café and bar services at Casey Stadium. You will manage staff, design menus, control stock and ensure compliance with food safety and liquor licensing while delivering outstanding service.

The role requires RSA, a current Working with Children check, and first aid/CPR qualifications, with shifts including mornings, days, evenings and weekends. You will drive sales and uphold our customer charter.
