Job Description
We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician for a high-quality outpatient role in Georgia.
This position is ideal for a physician who enjoys the pace of rural medicine and is looking for a leadership component.
You will join a team in a newer facility with a focus on community health, providing standard primary care while overseeing a small team of advanced practice providers.
-Schedule:Full-time; Standard outpatient work week (Monday Friday).
-Location:Hawkinsville, Georgia.
-Volume:Standard outpatient patient panels with a focus on preventative health and chronic disease management.
-Support:Collaborative environment within a contemporary, well-equipped office; integrated with hospital leadership and a dedicated clinical support team.
Base Salary:$250,000 $300,000 annually.
Incentives:Supervision Stipend of $7,500 per year, per APP (Totaling $22,500 in additional annual income).
