Job Description
Good Shepherd Australia New Zealand (GSANZ) is seeking a Youth Homelessness Case Manager to provide holistic, client-centred support for young people aged ***** in Brimbank, Melton and surrounding communities.
You will deliver case management, outreach, housing support and advocacy through robust community partnerships.
The role requires qualifications in Youth Work/Social Services, active involvement with homelessness services, and compliance with checks.
