About the role
n
Lead the Hampton salon as a hands-on Salon Manager. Deliver waxing, tanning and skin treatments while coaching your team, managing daily operations and improving revenue, retail, productivity and client retention.

Duties

Deliver waxing, tanning and skin treatments to brand standards
n
Coach and develop therapists through feedback and mentoring
n
Manage rostering, stock, inventory and wage performance
n
Track KPIs and improve revenue, retail, productivity and retention
n




Protect a consistent client experience from consultation to aftercare
n

Skills & experience
n
n
Recognised Beauty Therapy qualification
n
Proven leadership in a beauty or salon environment
n
Confident with Brazilian waxing, body waxing and spray tanning
n
Experience with KPIs, wage costs and stock control
n
Explicit communication and hands-on coaching style
n
