The Beauty Advisor supports and drives store goals through genuine customer connections and exceptional customer service. Work is conducted in a Pharmacy/Retail store setting.

Key responsibilities

Be actively involved in an inspirational shopping experience
n
Be present on the shop floor
n
Provide beauty and wellbeing advice
n
Build community reputation
n
Support escalated beauty queries
n
Manage inventory integrity of beauty products
n
Explain benefits of the Pulse Rewards program and encourage sign-ups
n
Ensure membership is used with every transaction and details are kept up to date for existing Pulse Rewards members
n
Maintain knowledge of beauty trends
n
Execute cosmetic and skincare application techniques
n

About you

Victorian Certificate of Education or equivalent
n
Technical capability in cosmetics/skincare
n
Infectious energy and drive
n
Growth mindset
n
Customer-focused approach
n
Available Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays
