National Dental Care is seeking a dynamic, highly-organised and experienced Dental
Assistant/Receptionist
to join our friendly team at Wyndham Dental Solutions on a part-time basis.

About the Role
n
As a Dental
Assistant/Receptionist
in our thriving Wyndham Dental Solutions practice, you'll play a key role in clinical treatment. You'll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.

Skills & Experience
n
You have:
n
n
Dental Assisting experience - essential
n
Dental Receptionist experience - highly regarded
n




Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
n
Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) - preferred but not essential
n
Availability to work required rostered hours:
n
Mondays and Tuesdays: 8:30am - 5:30pm
n
Fridays: 8:30am - 5:00pm
n
Saturdays: 7:45am - 12:00pm
n
n

Enthusiastic, warm and have a can-do attitude
n
Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
n
An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail
n
Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes

Reliable and punctual, with a robust work ethic
