Job Description
GenesisCare Kingswood is seeking a compassionate Patient Services Officer (Medical Receptionist) to be the friendly first contact for patients, families and visitors, ensuring a welcoming setting and smooth day-to-day operations.
You will coordinate appointments, manage referrals and billing support, uphold patient confidentiality, and work across a busy multidisciplinary centre with flexibility for casual shifts across weekdays.
