We are looking for a motivated Business Development Officer to help expand our services and build strong community partnerships.

About the Role
n
As our Business Development Officer, you will identify new business opportunities, develop referral networks, and promote our NDIS services throughout the community.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Build and maintain relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Allied Health professionals, hospitals, GPs, aged care providers, and community organizations.
n
Generate new participant referrals and business opportunities.
n




Represent the organization at networking events and community expos.
n
Follow up enquiries and support participant onboarding.
n
Develop marketing initiatives and assist with social media promotion.
n
Maintain accurate CRM records and referral data.
n
Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve business growth targets.
n

About You
n
n
Experience in business development, sales, community engagement, or the disability sector.
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
Understanding of the NDIS is highly desirable.
n
Self-motivated with robust organizational skills.
n
Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one).
n
Current Working with Children Check (if required).
n
National Police Check.
n
