Padel Coach / Host – Padel Logan (Based at Meadowbrook Golf Club)

About the role
n
This is a hands-on role combining padel coaching with hosting social sessions and helping create a fun, welcoming setting for everyone who plays at Padel Logan.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Hosting and running social padel sessions
n
Coaching beginner and intermediate clinics
n
Providing private and small-group coaching lessons
n
Welcoming new players and introducing them to padel
n
Helping organise and run leagues, tournaments and events
n
Engaging with players and helping build the Padel Logan community
n
Pro Shop and venue shifts, with additional hours available
n

About you
n
n
Has strong padel playing knowledge and ability
n




Is confident coaching beginner and intermediate players and helping them improve
n
Is outgoing, friendly and comfortable hosting groups
n
Can create a fun and inclusive atmosphere during social sessions
n
Has excellent communication and people skills
n
Is reliable, professional and well organised
n
Is available for a mix of weekday, evening and weekend sessions
n
Is passionate about padel and growing the sport
n
