We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established local business that has built a strong reputation for quality custom framing, personalised service and helping customers bring their ideas to life.

We are looking for a Casual Custom Framing & Customer Service Assistant to join their team.
n
Previous framing experience would be fantastic - but it isn't essential. If you have strong customer service skills, an eye for detail, confidence working with measurements, and a genuine interest in learning the craft of custom framing, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll be doing: This role combines customer service, creativity, and hands-on framing.

You will:

Welcome customers and understand what they are looking to create
n
Help customers choose frames, colours, finishes and design options
n
Provide creative and practical recommendations
n




Accurately measure artwork and calculate dimensions
n
Assist with custom framing and learn framing techniques
n
Manage customer orders from consultation through to completion
n
Help maintain an organised and welcoming showroom and workspace
n
n
Were looking for someone with:

Strong customer service and communication skills
n
A genuine interest in framing, art, design or creative projects
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
Confidence working with measurements, dimensions, and basic calculations
n
Good practical problem‐solving skills
n
A willingness to learn the technical side of custom framing
n
A reliable and hands‐on approach
n
n
Applicants will need weekday availability and be available to work at least two Saturdays per month.
