As the Sous Chef you will support with leading the team, always ensuring consistency in high-quality product and service standards. You will work seamlessly with the Food & Beverage operations team to provide a positive and memorable guest experience.

What are we looking for

n

Proven Senior Chef experience required in a high-end fine dining restaurant
n
Experience driving quality and consistency, with a passion for food and a keen desire for continuous learning
n
Ability to ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchen
n
Previous knowledge of food and labour cost controls, with basic computer skills
n
A warm, naturally engaging personality that takes pride in delivering a memorable product
n
Versatile availability, including weekends and public holidays
