You'll drive membership growth, renewals and guest engagement through exciting campaigns, member experiences and data-driven insights that keep guests coming back for more adventure.

What You'll Do

Grow membership and annual pass sales
n
Drive renewals, retention and member engagement
n
Create exciting campaigns, offers and member communications
n
Deliver exclusive member events and experiences
n
Analyse guest behaviour and identify growth prospects
n
Manage loyalty reporting, CRM data and member insights
n




Work closely with Marketing and Guest Services to enhance the member experience
n
Source potential partners for membership offers
n

About You

Experience in memberships, loyalty, CRM, guest services or marketing
n
Passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences
n
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
n
Organised, proactive and commercially minded
n
Comfortable using data to drive results
