Duties

n

In this role, you will:

n

Work as part of a supportive team, including a Director and Special Counsel
n
Focus primarily on Estate Litigation matters, including:



Estate disputes and will challenges;Guardianship and capacity disputes
n
Manage your own files under supervision
n
Assist with more complex matters as required
n
Liaise with clients and other stakeholders professionally and effectively
n

n

Skills & experience

n

The ideal candidate will have:

n

n
5+ years PAEand extensive experience with estate litigation matters and estate administration
n
Solid technical skills, commercial awareness and strong empathy
n
Highly developed communication skills at all levels, good attention to detail and 'client service' driven
n
Excellent time management & organisational skills to manage competing priorities
n
