We are currently seekingdedicated and reliable Process Workers and Pick-Packersto join our client'sFood Manufacturing team located in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs.
These roles involve working incool room environments (1-3°C)and are suited to individuals comfortable with temperature-controlled settings and fast-paced operations.
Shift Options and Rates:Day, and Afternoon (Start times between 5am - 7pm)
Monday to Friday +Saturday shifts available
Hourly Rate: $33 - $35 (based on shift finish and end times)
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately sort, pick, pack, and label food products for dispatch
Operate within cool room conditions(1-3°C)safely and efficiently
Maintain correct stock rotation and assist with regular quality checks
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, tuggers, and forklifts (if licensed)
Follow food handling and hygiene protocols in line with industry standards




Support warehouse housekeeping to ensure a clean and secure working environment
Achieve daily KPIs and contribute to team performance goals
To Be Successful, You Will Have:
Experience infood manufacturing, warehousing, or logisticsis desirable but not essential
Comfortable working incold storage or cool room environments
Physically capable oflifting up to 25kgand performing manual handling tasks
Familiarity withfood handling practices,electric pallet jacks, andtuggersis an advantage
Team-orientedwith a proactive and positive work ethic
Strongcommunication skillsand highattention to detail
Must holdfull working rights in Australia- students are welcome!
Able to thrive in afast-paced, high-volume environment
