You’ll drive membership growth, renewals and guest engagement through exciting campaigns, member experiences and data-driven insights that keep guests coming back for more adventure.

What You’ll Do
Grow membership and annual pass sales
Drive renewals, retention and member engagement
Create exciting campaigns, offers and member communications
Deliver exclusive member events and experiences
Analyse guest behaviour and identify growth opportunities
Manage loyalty reporting, CRM data and member insights




Work closely with Marketing and Guest Services to enhance the member experience
Source potential partners for membership offers

About You
Experience in memberships, loyalty, CRM, guest services or marketing
Passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
Organised, proactive and commercially minded
Comfortable using data to drive results
