A & A Di Medio & Son (Aust) P/L is an established market leading Concrete Agitator Manufacturing Company in Braeside, Victoria.

n

We manufacture, service and maintain concrete agitators for large Australian Companies and for local service providers.

n

We are looking for a mature and experienced welder for a casual position at our Campbellfield site and to start immediately.

n

We are seeking a motivated and reliable candidate to join our team on a three day per week basis. For the right candidate, there is also the chance to transition into a full-time position, based on performance, experience, and suitability for the role.

n

The work includes, but isn't limited to:

n

n
Ability to perform vertical-up and vertical-down welding.
n
Welding and assembling metal components to manufacture and repair products to a high standard.
n
Extensive experience and solid knowledge of MIG welding techniques and equipment.
n




A current forklift licence and confined space training are desirable but not essential and will not be a deal breaker for the right candidate.

The applicants must have the following:

n

n
Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding, with relevant welding qualifications ,
n
Physically fit and capable of performing manual and hands-on welding duties safely and efficiently,
n
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking, with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team,
n
Solid attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy, quality workmanship, and maintaining high standards of finish,
n
Good understanding of welding techniques, tools, equipment, and workplace safety procedures.
n
Own reliable transport and a current driver's licence.
n

The successful candidate must be available Monday to Friday. The specific three working days are flexible and will be discussed and mutually agreed upon with the successful candidate.
