Wesfarmers Health is seeking a agile Shift Manager for the AM Shift at the Melbourne Distribution Centre in Dandenong. The role runs 5 AM – 1 PM, leading a team of Managers and Labour Hire to ensure safe, productive distribution of products.

You’ll report to the Operations Manager and drive KPIs, safety standards and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of leadership in FMCG or a fast-paced setting, solid data-driven decision making, and excellent communication to guide
