Journey Beyond is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen operations at Monarto Safari Resort in SA. This hands-on leadership role requires delivering high standards of food quality, consistency and team performance across busy service periods.
You will manage, train and develop the kitchen team, control food costs, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and collaborate with front-of-house to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Previous Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience is essential.
