Job Description
Muscle Mat is seeking a proactive E-commerce Customer Support Agent for a hybrid role in Bulimba, Brisbane.
You will handle customer inquiries via email, live chat, phone and social media, update records in Gorgias, and process Shopify orders, returns, and exchanges.
The ideal candidate has experience with CRM systems (Gorgias), Shopify, and strong communication skills.
This is a full time role with four days in the Bulimba office and one day remote, with travel opportunities for the right
