About the Job
We are currently seeking motivated and hard-working people to join our busy plastic extrusions team in Dandenong South.
This is a full time permanent role working Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:00pm and Friday 7:00am to 1:00pm.
Your main duties will involve:
Loading and mixing raw materials
Checking product dimensions and quality specifications
Winding, packing and preparing finished products for dispatch
Cleaning and maintaining extrusion lines and equipment
Assisting with extrusion die changes and machine set-ups
Granulating and processing production materials




General housekeeping and maintaining a clean work environment
Following safe work procedures and production requirements
To be successful you will:
Have experience working in an extrusion, plastics manufacturing or production environment (highly desirable)
Have a willingness to learn
Possess good attention to detail, quality and safety
Be physically fit to undertake manual and repetitive tasks
Be reliable, motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic
As part of the selection process, applicants may be required to undergo a pre-employment medical examination, including drug and alcohol testing.
