We are seeking areliable and compassionate female Disability Support Workerto join our team inSeafordand provide person-centred support to a participant in their home and community.
Available ShiftsMonday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
Morning:6:00 AM – 9:00 AM (3 hours)
Afternoon:3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (3 hours)
Total:6 hours per day
Tuesday
Morning:6:00 AM – 9:00 AM (3 hours)
Afternoon:2:30 PM – 5:30 PM (3 hours)
Total:6 hours
Passive Sleepover – IMPORTANTWe are specifically looking for afemale support worker who is available and willing to work the Passive Sleepover shift.
Passive Sleepover:10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
The sleepover involves remaining at the participant's home overnight and providing assistance if required during the sleepover period, in accordance with the participant's support plan.




Availability for the Passive Sleepover shift is an key requirement for this role.
Key ResponsibilitiesProviding respectful, person-centred disability support
Supporting daily routines and activities
Assisting with personal care and household tasks where required
Supporting community participation
Following the participant's support plan and organisational procedures
Completing accurate shift notes and documentation
Maintaining a safe, positive and respectful environment

Experienced or interested in working in disability support
Available for the listed shifts,including the Passive Sleepover
