NDIS Service Delivery Manager - Brisbane & Surrounding
Our client is currently recruiting for a NDIS Service Delivery Manager to support inLutwyche, Brisbane QLD
This is a leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on balancing quality service delivery, people leadership, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring participants receive secure, person-centred supports while leading teams to achieve outstanding outcomes.

You'll have the autonomy to lead services, coach emerging leaders, strengthen stakeholder relationships, influence workforce planning, and contribute to the continued growth of a respected NDIS provider.
You'll be trusted to create environments where participants can thrive, while ensuring staff are supported, empowered and equipped to provide outstanding care and support.
The role combines operational leadership, stakeholder engagement, workforce development and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will be empowered to:
Lead and grow high-quality Supported Independent Living (SIL) services, ensuring exceptional participant outcomes and service excellence
Drive strategic business development initiatives and build referral pathways that support sustainable organisational growth
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with Support Coordinators, hospitals, allied health professionals, families and other key stakeholders
Lead, mentor and develop Team Leaders and Support Workers to build a high-performing and values-driven workforce
Champion person-centred practice, ensuring participants are supported to achieve their goals, independence and community inclusion
Oversee service quality, risk management and compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and legislative requirements
Manage participant admissions, transitions and accommodation vacancy pathways to maximise service opportunities and outcomes




Collaborate with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement, innovation and operational performance across accommodation services
About You:
You are an experienced people leader who understands the balance between operational excellence and genuine person-centred practice.
Leadership experience within disability, community services, aged care, health or a related sector
Strong understanding of the NDIS environment and quality standards
A track record of building engaged and capable teams
Confidence managing complex stakeholder relationships
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
The ability to drive accountability while maintaining a supportive leadership style

Academic Qualifications in relevant field
Queensland Blue Card
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Driver Licence
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
