Sunbury Social Club is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You will report directly to our Head Chef and work closely with a team of dedicated chefs, cooks, kitchen hands, and bistro/functions staff. This is an prospect to become part of a friendly and professional kitchen crew within a growing venue that's aiming to become Sunbury's "Community Club of Choice."

About you
Relevant experience as a Sous Chef
Completed Apprenticeship or appropriate trade test
Current Food Safety Certificate
Knowledge of OH&S; regulations and relevant legislation
Adaptable approach to shifts,



including availability for nights and weekends (weekend availability highly preferred)
Passion for producing fresh, delicious, and well-presented meals
Ability to work in a high-paced team environment
