About the Opportunity

A leading global technology consultancy is seeking an experienced DMOS Batch Integration Specialist to support a major transformation project for a large Australian financial services organisation.

n

This contract opportunity is suited to an accomplished Informatica professional with extensive experience in enterprise data integration, cloud platforms, metadata management and data governance.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Design and develop mappings, pipelines, taskflows and workflows using Informatica Cloud Data Integration.
n
Deliver scalable ETL and batch-integration solutions across enterprise environments.
n
Implement Informatica Cloud Data Governance and Catalog capabilities.
n
Support metadata cataloguing, data lineage, classification and business data flows.
n
Establish data-quality checks, profiling and governance-by-design practices.
n
Work with relational databases and cloud data platforms.
n
Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps practices for data-integration deployments.
n
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders throughout delivery.
n

Essential Skills and Experience

n

n




Seven or more years of overall Informatica PowerCenter experience.
n
Three to five years of experience with Informatica IDMC or IICS.
n
Hands-on expertise in Cloud Data Integration, or CDI.
n
At least five years of solid ETL design experience.
n
Experience implementing Informatica Cloud Data Governance and Catalog.
n
Robust knowledge of enterprise metadata management, data lineage and governance frameworks.
n
Advanced SQL skills.
n
Experience working with relational databases and cloud data warehouses.
n
Strong data-quality, profiling and governance capabilities.
n
Experience with databases and platforms such as Oracle, Azure Database and Teradata.
n
Understanding of CI/CD or DevOps practices for data-integration deployments.
n

Desirable Experience

Knowledge of metadata-driven frameworks.
