Reporting to the relevant Shift Operations Manager, you will oversee daily and nightly operations, support staff on shift, and ensure the Club delivers a safe, welcoming and compliant environment for members and guests.

Key responsibilities

Supervising staff across gaming, bar, bistro and customer service areas
n
Leading teams to deliver exceptional customer service
n
Overseeing gaming operations in line with Victorian compliance requirements
n
Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gaming
n
Cash handling, reconciliations and shift close procedures
n
Supervising bar, floor and food service
n
Maintaining venue presentation and safety standards
n
Managing customer enquiries, escalations and patron care
n
Ensuring smooth operational flow across all departments
n

About you
n
n
Proven experience in hospitality, gaming or club operations
n
Strong leadership capability with the ability to motivate and guide a team
n
Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional presence
n
High attention to detail and resilience during peak periods
n
Ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including nights and weekends
n
RSA and RSG (Victoria) - or willingness to obtain
n
