Key responsibilities
Prepare high-quality coffee with consistency and speed
Confidently adjust grinders and maintain quality under pressure
Stay fast, consistent, and friendly - even during a brunch rush
Provide exceptional customer service, creating genuine connections with guests
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work environment
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and seamless service
About you
2+ years of barista experience in a similar position
Confident adjusting grinders and maintaining quality under pressure
Fast, consistent, and friendly service - even during busy periods




Passionate about coffee and engaging with people
Strong customer service skills with ability to create genuine connections
Team player with positive attitude
Competitive pay: $34-$42 per hour (depending on experience)
