HCA Youth and Community is seeking a casual Residential Youth Worker to support children in out-of-home care across Australia.
You will join a welcoming team working in advance rosters with secure shifts, including emergency and ad hoc slots.
You'll build trusting relationships, assist with daily living, support school attendance, and work with trauma-informed approaches.
Aims include completing Trauma Recovery Framework and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
