THE ROLE

n

n
Assisting with the management of a tidy and well-maintained portfolio
n
Coordinating maintenance and repairs from start to finish
n
Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
n




Assisting with rent collection and arrears management
n
Maintaining robust and proactive relationships with tenants and landlords
n
Responding to enquiries and handling day-to-day property management matters
n
Working closely with the Property Management and Leasing teams
n
Learning and developing your skills across the full property management lifecycle
n

ABOUT YOU

n

n
A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
n
A valid driver's licence
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
Robust attention to detail
n
The ability to work well as part of a team
n
A genuine desire to learn, develop and progress within Property Management
n
